About Region VII Lead Office
for After School Programs
The Tulare County Office of Education serves as the Regional Lead Office for After School Programs and serves as a liaison between the California Department of Education (CDE) and local after school programs.
The Regional Lead's purpose is to provide training and technical support to school districts, their partners, and other community stakeholders who currently receive, or are interested in receiving and sustaining, after school grants. The Regional Lead is your first point of contact in accessing services to make your after school program successful. Region VII serves Fresno, Kings, Madera, Mariposa, Merced, and Tulare counties.
