Mooney Blvd., Visalia Tulare County's eighth annual COOL Night (College Offers Opportunities for Life) is an event for middle school students (grades 6-8) and their parents to explore high school, college and career opportunities. Parent and student components are offered, with an expected attendance of 350 people from throughout northern Tulare County.
