J.R. Delgadillo is the Assistant Branch Manager at Visalia Community Bank who has served as a dedicated mentor and business partner to the Golden West High School Business Finance Academy. J.R. has helped in this venture serving as a chaperone on field trips, guest speaker, fund-raiser, interviewer, and friend. His quick smile, enthusiasm, professionalism, and team spirit win the students over! Understanding and appreciating that business partners to the Golden West Business Finance Academy are extremely busy, J.R. has made the Academy a priority. He is well respected by the students and staff at Golden West High School and if he ever chooses to leave the banking field, we'd love to recruit him to teach high school! Thank you, J.R.
