Rick Dodd is the manager at the Visalia Big Lots! store. Rick has been a key player in interviewing potential internship candidates referred to him by the SEE Youth Program. Along with his staff, Rick works well to provide a positive environment for youth getting their first look at working in the "real world". He has trained and helped young adults attain invaluable work experience. Our community would be greatly different without the opportunity he offers many youth at his store. Thank you, Rick and Visalia Big Lot!, for all of your help and your continued collaboration.
