Teachers make all the difference ,and Jessica Hurtado and Tim Starling exemplify the outstanding traits necessary to be an excellent teacher. They provide a learning-friendly atmosphere that challenges their students to excel in the classroom, as well as learning to interact with each other. Hosting a School-to-Career event is more than sitting and watching. Tim and Jessica were extremely helpful in implementing the various aspects of the School-to-Career Community Challenge Grant. They provided extra time to complete assignments and group activities. The "graduation ceremony" at the completion of the program had the largest turnout of parents and staff among the seven school districts who participated in the grant. Jessica and Tim, we salute you.
