Erika is a COS student who works part time as a youth counselor at EDD. Despite her busy schedule, she somehow managed to put on two successful job and resource fairs for at-risk youth within the past ten months. Through her organizational talents, she is able to provide a service to help young people overcome personal barriers and become successful adults.
