Manuel welcomed a group of adults to the Character Counts! booth and recognized that some of the ladies responded in Spanish. Without hesitation, Manuel switched his language to a Spanish conversation and continued his promotion of Character Counts! without skipping a beat. When he finished, one of the ladies came over to makes sure I knew they appreciated his natural responsibility in communication skills."
