Circle J - Norris Ranch

Mission Statement The Circle J-Norris Ranch serves as a site for instructional programs operated by the Tulare County Office of Education as a part of the Clemmie Gill School of Science and Conservation (SCICON). Programs conducted on the property are designed to: expand the appreciation of the environmental and aesthetic values of the outdoors increase understanding of the relationship, with its consequent effects, between humans and nature The site offers students, their teachers, and those who support them opportunities for experiential learning, research, and work in multi-age groups.
