Brian Roberts

Visual/Performing Arts
Instructional Consultant

Brian Roberts serves as the Visual/Performing Arts Instructional Consultant, as well as the TCOE Theatre Company Director. He has taught theater at all grade levels (elementary through college) and holds BA and MA degrees in theater from CSU Fresno. Brian is an active producer/director and occasionally finds time to work as an actor himself. He has directed for Good Company Players in Fresno, Fresno City College, Center Stage Productions in Clovis, and College of the Sequoias in Visalia. Brian has made theater education his life's work and delights in sharing that passion with young people.

Brian also holds a Single Subject English credential and an Administrative credential. In addition to directing the Theatre Company, he also oversees the annual Student Art Exhibits and Young People's Concerts, and runs the On Stage Program, which allows schools to produce their own musical theatre productions in just two weeks.
