Timothy Budz is an English Language Arts Staff Development and Curriculum Specialist for Tulare County Office of Education. His background includes an M.A. in Curriculum and Instruction and an Administrative Services Credential from CSU Fresno. He also holds a Reading Specialist Credential from Fresno Pacific University. Most of Timothy's experience is from grades K-8 as a classroom teacher, reading specialist, and literacy coach, as well as serving several years as a BTSA and PAR Support Provider.

One of Timothy's responsibilities is overseeing Tulare County Office of Education's Supplemental Educational Services provider, GOAL (Goal Oriented Academic Learning). GOAL provides tutoring to increase the academic achievement of eligible students attending program improvement schools receiving Title 1 funds.
