TCAST - Setting the Stage for Great Student Performance The Tulare County Accountability Support Team (TCAST) is your behind-the-scenes team for improved student performance. TCAST's cadre of instructional consultants provide individualized technical support to schools and districts in improving academic achievement in the following areas:

  • Professional Development & Collaboration
  • Self-Assessment and Evaluation of Instructional Programs
  • Instructional Resources and Support

TCAST is committed to student services and support through a collaborative approach in partnership with schools and districts. The Tulare County Accountability Support Team members bring a wealth of expertise and experience to support schools and districts in students' achievement.
