Out-of-School Youth Services (OSY)


Migrant youth who are 17 to 21 years of age and do not attend school are eligible to receive services.

Services/Activities
  • Recruit youth, monitor their progress, and provide support as needed
  • Referral to High School Equivalency Program (HEP) for completion of the High School diploma or GED
  • Referral to adult and vocational education programs
  • Coordination of recruitment and enrollment activities with community service organizations
