Listed below are the indoor spaces available for meetings or activities. A dry-erase easel can be set up in any of the meeting areas. "Post-it"® Easel Pads are available for an additional charge. Portable projection screens can be placed in rooms that do not have built-in projection screens.

John Muir Lodge

The John Muir Lodge was originally built in 1965 and remodeled in 2001. The lodge retains the beauty of the original knotty pine interior and a stone fireplace, yet has all of the comforts of the 21st century (air conditioning, central heating, handicapped accessibility, etc.). The lodge can accommodate up to 300 people for a large meeting, but smaller groups of 25-50 people are comfortable meeting there as well. By the beautiful stone fireplace is a wall-mounted projection screen (9' x 12'), as well as a sound system and a VCR/DVD player. The lodge can easily accommodate two smaller groups of 25-50 people working independently of each other. Smaller groups often prefer to move out on to the spacious exterior deck overlooking Bear Creek.
