Annual Confucius' Birthday / Educators of the Year Awards
On September 24, 2009, Tulare County Superintendent of Schools Jim Vidak joined the Central California Chinese Cultural Center in honoring three individuals as part of the Annual Confucius' Birthday / Educators of the Year Celebration.
