Founded in 2000, the TCOE Foundation has traditionally supported a wide variety of Tulare County Office of Education programs and student events. Today, the board of directors has a broader vision – to continue to support TCOE programs and to extend grant opportunities to educators throughout the county who have innovative projects to enhance student learning.

The work of the Foundation is student-centered. In the past, it has supported countywide student events, special education classrooms, school extracurricular clubs, and outdoor education learning experiences. 

The Foundation offers two grant programs – up to $2,000 and for amounts up to $5,000. The Foundation accepts grant applications throughout the year. For more information, visit the grant applications page.
