Participants in Tulare County Office of Education's Continuous Improvement for Equity (CIE) community of practice work to set equitable conditions for learning for every child by aligning systems that guarantee positive outcomes in academics, behavior, and social-emotional learning. Our teams work together utilizing California's MTSS Framework to continuously improve systems by building on strengths, as well as investigating opportunities for growth. Co-learning, reflective inquiry, and systematic collaboration are at the heart of this work.

The Tulare County Office of Education Equity Conference is an annual event with a wide range of speakers offering both keen insights on issues of equity and actionable measures to take. Attendees gain access to high quality national and local speakers, offering powerful messages, actionable frameworks, as well as opportunities to connect with ongoing efforts that serve a wide range of communities and populations.
