College and Career

TCOE’s College and Career Department  is committed to providing collaborative and transformational leadership to support the regional learning community in creating innovative and sustainable approaches that are outcome-driven and empower all students to participate successfully in college, career and life. To be college and career ready, students must be prepared with the knowledge and skills necessary to enter the ever-changing workforce of the future.

We believe that all students deserve the opportunities, skills, and support necessary to graduate from high school with a wide array of post-secondary options and a plan to achieve their goals. We are a team of professionals dedicated to extending learning time and experiences for students, providing comprehensive school counseling services, and delivering high quality career technical education. TCOE’s College and Career Department Supports all districts in the county with resources and training to help prepare students for success. This includes providing students rigorous and relevant curriculum content, quality career technical education (CTE) pathways, and a solid understanding of the resources available upon high school graduation.
