Summer is a great time for administrators to relax, recharge, and plan for the new year. Before you leave for some much-needed rest and relaxation, don’t miss the annual Summer Institute for Tulare County school administrators. Attendees will be treated to a delicious breakfast, ACSA recognitions, special keynote address by Ross Bernstein, and raffle prizes.

Keynote Speaker
Ross Bernstein is a best-selling author of nearly 50 sports books and an award-winning peak performance speaker who’s keynoted conferences on ALL SEVEN continents. Ross and his books have been featured on CNN, ESPN, Bloomberg, Fox News, and “CBS This Morning,” as well as in the Wall Street Journal, New York Times, and USA Today. He’s spent the better part of the past 25 years studying the DNA of championship teams, and his program not only illustrates what it takes to become the best of the best, but it also explores the fine line between cheating and gamesmanship in sports as it relates to values and integrity in the workplace.

Weaving inspirational stories from the world of sports, along with success stories of businesses executives who he has worked on overcoming disruption, harnessing creativity, and generating momentum, Ross challenges his audiences to think about the differentiators they possess which would ultimately lead others to choose to be led by them. Ross’ message reinforces the fact that individuals win games, but TEAMS win championships.

The cost to attend is $50 per person. Box 5091, Visalia, CA 93278.  Purchase orders may be mailed to this address, emailed to jaimeb@tcoe.org or jenniferf@tcoe.org or uploaded with your online registration. Budget transfer payments are accepted for TCOE staff. No refunds will be given to no-shows. Cancellation requests must be made by 3:00 p.m. on Tuesday, June 3 in order to receive a refund. Final deadline to register is Tuesday, June 3.
