TCOE manages a fleet of over 90 vehicles countywide. These vehicles consist of student transport vans, nutritional service vans and trucks, grounds and maintenance trucks, trailers, and passenger cars.
While most of these vehicles are assigned to specific programs, five Ford Fusions are available for general use. Four of the Fusions are located at the Mooney Boulevard building while the fifth is kept at the Doe Avenue complex. The first priority for these vehicles is for out-of-county travel, but they are available to any employee who is traveling for business.
Reservations for the vehicles are handled through Resource Scheduler, which is the same system that handles conference room scheduling.
