The Provident-Salierno PVWH Scholarship is designed to recognize students who demonstrate exceptional character, leadership, and sportsmanship both on and off the field. For over 25 years, Tulare County Office of Education CC! Program has supported schools in character education development. The Provident-Salierno Family Foundation has generously sponsored this scholarship, to honor students who meet the standards of good sportsmanship while pursuing victory with honor. This scholarship offers a $500 award, with up to four (4) scholarships available.

The scholarship is open to senior student-athletes who meet the following criteria:

• Be a 2026 graduate of any Tulare County High School
• Possess a minimum cumulative GPA of 3.0
• Demonstrate exceptional sportsmanship, leadership, and community service
• Plan to attend an accredited college/university as a full-time student (12 units or more) the following academic year
