The Operational Services department (Maintenance and Operations) is responsible for keeping the Tulare County Office of Education's facilities clean and in good repair. 

Service Desk - Work Orders

All Maintenance and Operations work orders are handled through the online Service Desk System.  This system will improve communication and response time for all work requests.  

Service Desk is separated by program.

Each program has a specific link (located to the right) allowing users to enter a work order into the appropriate service provider. Click here for a video tutorial on how to enter a work order.
