Preliminary Administrative Services Credential (PASC) Program Overview
The Tulare County Office of Education is pleased to offer the iLead Preliminary Administrative Services Credential Program. This innovative, one-year program integrates theoretical practice with an authentic ten-day fieldwork assignment, which fosters a practical learning experience for candidates who want to become education leaders. The fieldwork component encompasses working alongside an administrator who guides and mentors development across the administrative leadership standards, allowing candidates the opportunity to engage in and apply the content of their coursework to everyday scenarios and challenges that are occurring throughout school systems.
To be eligible for TCOE’s PASC Program, candidates must possess a bachelor's degree, obtain the recommendation of the current administrator, obtain district approval, and have completed five years of successful full-time experience in a school setting.
Tuition: $10,000
Payment options are available.
