Each year, the Tulare County Office of Education (TCOE) and Lozano Smith offer four presentations on labor and employment topics. This series spans critical issues that school district human resource (HR) administrators and staff navigate throughout the year. It is designed to build capacity within staff, share the latest legal updates and requirements, and provide key principles and practices that can be incorporated at the district level.
Working together, TCOE and Lozano Smith select a range of topics for each year – from novel legal issues to standard review of foundational personnel-related issues, as well as advanced personnel-related presentations.
Join this annual series that has been instrumental for HR administrators and teams for the past decade. This series is designed primarily for Human Resource administrators, Human Resources staff, and superintendents. It is open to all school districts in Tulare and Kings counties.
